1. Return & Refund Eligibility (3–5 Days)

Customers may request a return or refund within 3 to 5 days of receiving their order if:

  • The product is damaged or broken upon delivery

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product is defective

  • The product received does not match the order

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Malik Mart reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return request, contact us within 3–5 days of delivery:

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


3. Return Inspection Process

Once the returned parcel is received:

  • Our team will inspect the item

  • If the issue is verified, the refund will be approved

  • Refunds are processed within 48 hours after successful inspection


4. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, etc.).
Processing time may vary depending on the financial service provider.


5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items caused by misuse

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Perishable goods

  • Gift cards
