  • Orders are usually processed and packed on the same day after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

We strive to dispatch all confirmed orders as quickly as possible.


3. Delivery Time

We deliver all over Pakistan.

Estimated delivery time:

  • 2 to 7 working days depending on your city and courier service.

Delivery times may vary due to:

4. Shipping Charges

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service in most areas of Pakistan.

Customers must ensure that:

  • Someone is available to receive the parcel at the provided address.

Failure to receive the parcel may result in order cancellation or restriction on future COD orders.


6. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Malik Mart will not be responsible for delivery failures caused by:

  • Incorrect address

  • Incorrect phone number

  • Incomplete delivery information

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


7. Risk & Responsibility

Once the parcel is handed over to the courier service, delivery responsibility transfers to the courier partner. However, we will assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues whenever possible.
